In view of above I had seen synergy working well for us from the time I have joined  SINOCHEM with my crucial Indian Iron Ore experience taking the best advantages of Strengths & opportunities, We have come out of Testing times by facing weakness & threats of markets together.
 
SINOCHEM welcomed & accepted me with open arms wholly with all my traits, my transition into SINOCHEM was very smooth & they made me feel at home from Day one. All along I have also evolved & grown parallely.
 
Personally too I had one of most important event of Life after I joined SINOCHEM, I got Married.
 
I hear again pledge that I shall continue to work to the best of my abilities & immaculate integrity.   

In short term I see myself in a value adding, influencing, pivotal and business advisory role. I aim to hit the key Important Apex Level Now.
 
In the long term while I grow up the Career Ladder I would wants to see the Various aspects of SINOCHEM.
